After months of building, testing, and refining, Airflow is now open for early access. If you run a booking business and you’re tired of being the human middleware between your platforms and your accounting, this is for you.

What’s ready now

The core Airflow system is live and processing real bookings for our first users. Here’s what’s working today:

Email-based booking processing. Forward an Airbnb confirmation (or any booking email) to your Airflow address. Our AI extracts guest details, dates, pricing, fees, and payout amounts — creating a clean booking record in your personal ledger.

Automatic Xero invoicing. Connected to Xero, every processed booking generates a draft invoice with correct line items, tax categories, and contact details. Your bank reconciliation is already waiting when the payout arrives.

Your dashboard. A calm, clear view of your operation — current guests, upcoming arrivals, revenue stats, credits remaining, and a complete activity timeline. Designed mobile-first, accessible via magic link (no passwords).

Multi-currency support. Bookings in any currency, stored and converted correctly. Essential for operators in international markets.

Guest conversations. Threaded message views with AI-drafted responses ready for your review.

What’s coming next

We’re building Airflow in phases. Here’s what’s on the near-term roadmap:

• Booking.com and VRBO email processing — extending beyond Airbnb to major platforms
• Direct booking engine (Airflow Stay) — accept bookings directly through hosted pages with Stripe payments
• Expense processing — forward receipts and expense emails for automatic categorisation
• Advanced reconciliation — matching payouts to bookings across multiple bank feeds
• QuickBooks integration — alongside Xero support

And longer term, we’re building toward a system where every booking business vertical — from salons to charter companies to restaurants — can connect their tools and eliminate admin through the same platform.

• Process 10+ bookings per month
