How does the pricing work?
Airflow uses a simple layered model. You choose an Organisation Plan (controls features, seats, and resource limits) plus a Resource Credit Plan for each resource (controls how many booking emails are processed per month). Your total is the sum of both.
What counts as an email credit?
Each forwarded booking email that Airflow processes uses one credit. This includes Airbnb confirmations, direct booking emails, and review forwarding. Settings updates and info requests are free.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Airflow never drops your emails. If your monthly credits run out, processing continues using your Org Credits (non-expiring pool) or at the overage rate. You'll never miss a booking.
How does the free account work?
New accounts get 5 free credits to try Airflow. A credit card is required at signup — Stripe validates your identity and handles overages if you exceed your credits. After your free credits, choose a paid plan or upgrade to Trial ($1/mo) for continued access. We offer discounted plans for education and charity organisations on request.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade your Org Plan or Resource Credit Plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel whenever you like and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
