Getting Started
How do I sign up for Airflow?
Click "Get Started" anywhere on the site. You'll enter your email and be redirected to create your Airflow account. The whole process takes less than 2 minutes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts with a full-access free trial — no credit card required. You get access to all features and integrations so you can see exactly how Airflow works for your business.
What do I need to get started?
Just an email address. Once your account is created, our onboarding wizard will guide you through connecting your first platform (like Airbnb or Xero). Most people are fully set up within 5 minutes.
Can I use Airflow if I only have one resource?
Absolutely. Whether you manage 1 property, 1 boat, or 1 salon — Airflow is designed to save you time on admin, accounting, and client comms at any scale.
Product
What platforms does Airflow connect to?
Airflow currently connects to Airbnb, Booking.com, Xero, Stripe, and bank feeds. We're adding VRBO, QuickBooks, PriceLabs, Turno, and more. Check our integrations page for the latest.
Can I use Airflow for multiple resources?
Yes. Airflow handles multiple resources across multiple platforms. Each resource's bookings, accounting, and tasks are tracked separately but visible together in your dashboard. A resource can be a property, vehicle, service, venue — anything that gets booked.
How does the accounting sync work?
When a booking is confirmed on Airbnb or Booking.com, Airflow automatically creates the corresponding entries in your Xero or QuickBooks account — revenue, fees, taxes, and payouts. Reconciliation happens automatically when your bank feed updates.
Can Airflow replace my existing management software?
Airflow isn't a management system — it's the middleware layer that connects your existing tools together. It works alongside your current booking, scheduling, and accounting setup, not instead of it. Think of it as the glue that makes everything else work better.
Billing
How much does Airflow cost?
Pricing details will be published soon. During our early access period, all trial users get full access to every feature. We're committed to pricing that's fair and transparent for independent operators.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your account at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Security & Data
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your data with third parties. Your business information stays yours.
Who can see my information?
Only you. Your Airflow account is private to you. We don't sell data, and our team only accesses account information when you explicitly ask for support help.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use trusted cloud infrastructure providers with strong security certifications and compliance standards.
Rental Businesses
Does Airflow work with Airbnb?
Yes. Airbnb is one of our primary integrations. Airflow syncs your bookings, guest messages, calendar, and payout data directly from Airbnb into your unified dashboard.
Can it handle Booking.com and Airbnb together?
Yes. Airflow connects to both platforms simultaneously. Bookings from each platform sync into your single dashboard, and accounting entries are created automatically regardless of which platform the booking came from.
Use Cases
Does Airflow work for businesses beyond rental businesses?
Absolutely. Rental businesses were our first use case, but Airflow is designed for any business that takes bookings — salons, restaurants, charter companies, watersports operators, professional services, and more. If you have resources that get booked and payments that need tracking, Airflow works for you.
